General Public and Clients:
- Concerns about the CWB organization or an employee: fraud/theft, inappropriate behavior, workplace violence, substance abuse, discrimination, harassment, falsification of company records, conflict of interest, safety/security violation, malicious damage, and regulatory violation.
- Concerns other than the CWB organization: non-compliance of certification requirements by a certified company, the use of non-certified companies/unqualified welders, false certification/fraud (certification/qualifications), structural integrity, fabrication, workers liability when instructed to weld structural components.
CWB Employees:
- Concerns about: fraud/theft, inappropriate behavior, workplace violence, substance abuse, discrimination, harassment, falsification of company records, conflict of interest, safety/security violation, malicious damage, and regulatory violation.
Through ConfidenceLineâ„¢ we aim to facilitate an efficient environment where anyone and everyone can report various types of sensitive matters and we will investigate and take every reasonable action to help resolve the situation.
