This week’s special guest is Beth Kitson, a volunteer from the Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI). Beth joined AWMI for the networking opportunities and since being a member, she has experienced female empowerment, building confidence, and the joy of women helping each other grow in their careers. The Association of Women in the Metal Industries has 18 Chapters in the United States and 1 Canadian Chapter in Toronto!
