A Procedures Registry provides independent review, approval and management of existing Weld Procedure Specifications (WPSs), Procedure Qualification Test Reports (PQRs) and other supporting documents and information.

Procedure Document Services

- Formal review of documents
- Document approvals or return with comments if approval is not granted
- Document stamping and registry number assignment
- Archiving of documents at CWB facilities
- Delivery of approval document(s)

- Test creation to Z662 code specifications*
- Onsite test witnessing
- Report creation and issuance
