Rogelio Menz
With 14 years of experience in welding and inspection roles across various companies, I transitioned into education in 1997 when I was hired as a welding instructor. This opportunity allowed me to expand my knowledge across many fields and develop my teaching skills, both in hands-on demonstrations and theoretical presentations. In 2007, I joined the Material Engineering program to teach metallurgy and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), further deepening my expertise in these areas.
Becoming an educator was an unexpected revelation, aligning perfectly with my personality. I truly enjoy every moment spent engaging with students, and this constant interaction allows me to continue learning and refining my teaching methods. My core values as an educator are to always remain open to questions and to foster an environment of respect and consideration for my students.
